According to Beijing City’s unified regulations on the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic and the spirit of relevant municipal documents, NCPA will, as decided by mutual discussion, orderly reopen to a set number of visitors on June 2^nd, 2020, with visitors required to make a reservation in advance. The details are as follows:

I. Opening Hours during the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic
10:00-16:00 on Tuesday until Sunday (15:30 is the cut-off time for ticket pickup and admittance) from June 2^nd, 2020; closed on Monday (festivals and holidays excepted)

II. Reservation Policy
1. NCPA is open to visitors that have made a real-name reservation. From now on, visitors can make a reservation with a valid identity document, such as the 2^nd-generation ID card (or a passport, Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao or Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Taiwan) on NCPA’s official website (www.chncpa.org) or “NCPA Smart Butler” on WeChat before 23:00 on the day before the visiting day. The number of daily visitors is limited to 600 (including 200 visitors with free tickets)

2. For now, online reservation services are offered to individuals only, while group reservation services are not rendered. Tickets won’t be sold or offered to visitors that haven’t made an online reservation yet.

III. Ticket Price
1. 20 yuan per person during the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic.

2. How to apply for a free ticket:
Qualified applicants include children under 6 years old (with their guardians present), retired veterans with an original personal retirement certificate and NCPA members with personal reward points.
Doctors and nurses can also apply for a free ticket with their original practising certificate.

IV. Notes to Reservation:
1. Each ID card can be used to make an online reservation once every day, and there can be personal information of at most three applicants in each reservation form.

2. For a successful reservation, the system will send a notification message to you automatically. Please be sure to keep it at hand.

3. For those who cannot visit NCPA for any reason, please call the customer service hotline (010-66550000) to cancel the reservation as soon as possible.

4. If you come in your own car, please enter the theatre from the northwest parking lot; if you come by mass transit, please enter the theatre through the north gate (the metro thoroughfare is temporarily closed).

5. Please prepare your ID card or other original identity documents and the free ticket exchange certificate in advance and enter the theatre with the SMS appointment confirmation and your real-time “health code” (Beijing Jiankangbao mini programme). Only those with verified code can enter the theatre. Please show your identity document at the ticket counter to get a ticket. For NCPA members, equivalent reward points will be deducted for a ticket.

6. Please cooperate with the temperature measurement. Those whose body temperature are above 37.3℃ will be persuaded to leave and get a refund for the ticket at the ticket counter.

7. Please wear a mask during your visit. Do not gather together. Keep a distance of 1m or more from others. Please contact the staff in time if you feel unwell at the theatre.

8. Tour guide services are temporarily suspended. Please go to the free tour guide service counter and scan the QR code for self-service tour.
