During the upgrade and maintenance period, access to the official website will be temporarily suspended. Ticket sales, collection and refunds, and other related services for performances, educational activities, and visiting activities provided by ticket agencies authorized by the NCPA, as well as the NCPA official website and WeChat account of “Intelligent Steward”, will be temporarily suspended. Online shopping and points redemption services will also be temporarily suspended.
