As a shining brand of the NCPA, “Roam about the Classics” series brings unique musical experiences to audiences every summer with its distinctive programme and diverse styles of performances. From July 16^th to 24^th, the 12^th NCPA “Roam about the Classics” series will present audiences with a musical feast brimming with lively and relaxing melodies. With the theme, “A Tide of Chinese Classics”, featuring myths and fables, popular Chinese operas and folk songs, and Sichuan culture, this year’s “Roam about the Classics” focuses on Chinese music based on excellent traditional Chinese culture, aiming to represent the essence of the culture and redefine the expression of traditional Chinese culture with different forms of musical presentations, so as to provide audiences with a new cultural experience.
