NCPA opera production Tannhauser kicked off Opera Festival 2016 in the evening of April 6 and served the audience a wonderful starter in the 103-day opera feast. The enormous musical torrents flowed under NCPA's Opera Director and NCPA Orchestra Chief Conductor Lü Jia's Baton. World famous opera singers Endrik Wottrich, Barbara Haveman, Giuseppina Piunti, Markus Werba led in the opera and showed the charm of this German opera.
