Temporary close of the NCPA from Apr 26-30

NCPA April/26/2022
In order to implement the requirements of regulations and ensure our audiences and artists' health and safety, the NCPA is temporarily closed from April 26th to 30th. All performances and public visits will be cancelled.

Please visit the box office where you made the ticket purchase to request an exchange or refund before June 30th, 2022. Audiences who buy tickets on the NCPA official website or NCPA official WeChat Account will issue a refund returned to the original payment account without any application. Those who purchase tickets at the NCPA box office or over the telephone can register their ticket refund application online. Please open the link http://tuipiao.chncpa.org/ and fill it in item by item. After checking the information, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible.
