The programme was launched with the aim of fostering outstanding Chinese opera talents by leveraging the NCPA’s strengths in opera production and talent development. It seeks to help young artists bridge the gap between academic vocal training and full-stage performances. The Closing Concert allows the students to immerse themselves in the experience of opera stage performance. The students made full use of the stage of the BPAC and recreated iconic scenes from the operas.

Following the performance, bass singer GUAN Zhijing, the programme initiator, mentor and concert director, took to the stage to present graduation certificates to the students. Together with the students, he performed Applause Resounded, expressing heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported and participated in the programme.
