The orchestra brought four Beethoven’s symphonies within two days. As a representative of Viennese Classical School, Beethoven spent most of his life in Vienna. During his life, he created nine symphonies, and each of them was an unfailing classic. The nine symphonies were all completed in Vienna and were premiered locally. For Wiener Symphoniker, Beethoven’s symphonies have long been one important part of the orchestra.

On the evening of April 6th, Philippe Jordan and Wiener Symphoniker gave performances of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6 and No. 7. At the concert, Wiener Symphoniker, with the instruction of Philippe Jordan, performed pure voice of Viennese and brought the audience into the authentic Beethoven’s symphony world. The performing style of Wiener Symphoniker was light, elegant and gorgeous. The use of musical instruments was also distinctive, with the use of Vienna-style horns, trumpets, oboes and other wind instruments. Under the baton of Philippe Jordan, who specialized in Beethoven’s symphonies in recent years, the orchestra performed flexibly, making the audience at the scene experiecne the feelings and artistic conception that Beethoven poured into his music.
